Associate Member

A registered company in Hong Kong or overseas which is:符合以下條件的香港或海外註冊公司:

• Must have a valid business registration and has been fully operative for at least one year; 必須持有有效的商業登記證及其業務必須已營運最少一年；

• engaged in the supply of goods or the provision of service to either retailers or service providers, or;向零售商或服務供應商供應商品或提供服務；

• associated directly or indirectly with the retail or service industry or involved in the study of or research into retailing, servicing or related fields.或與零售業或服務業直接或間接相關，或參與研究零售業、服務業或相關行業的工作。​

Typically, associated members include but are not limited to:一般而言，公司聯席會員包括但不限於以下類別的機構：

• Manufacturers/wholesalers/distributors/importers supplying goods or services to retailers;​向零售商提供商品或服務的製造商／批發商／分銷商／入口商；

• Companies offering services or solutions to retailers, such as management consultants, audit and accounting firms, logistics service providers, I.T. providers, legal firms, advertising agencies, interior design firms, contractors, security companies, and more;向零售商提供服務或解決方案的公司，例如管理顧問公司、核數及會計公司、物流服務供應商、資訊科技供應商、律師事務所、廣告公司、室內設計公司、承建商、保安公司等；

• Other associations, local and overseas, which are retail related;其他與零售有關的本地及海外機構；

• Educational institutes, semi-government and non-government organizations.教育機構半政府及非政府機構。

A registered company in Mainland China or overseas which is:必須為於內地或海外：

• Has engaged in the retail sale of merchandise or the provision of retail services with physical outlet(s) in Mainland China or overseas.銷售商品或提供零售服務的零售商。

• Must have a valid business registration and has been fully operative for at least one year.必須持有有效的商業登記證及其業務必須已營運最少一年。

• Shall not have any records of trading in counterfeit goods.沒有任何售賣偽造品的紀錄。

• Might be asked to provide proof such as tax returns or bank statements to prove that you have been trading for at least one fiscal year.可能須向協會提供稅單或銀行月結單，以證明 貴機構已營運最少一個財政年度。

• Might be asked to provide a recommendation for your membership application.可能須就 貴機構的會籍申請向協會提供推薦信。

A registered company in Mainland China or overseas which is:

必須為於內地或海外：

• Has engaged in the retail sale of merchandise or the provision of retail services in form of website or mobile APP with check-out process without physical outlet(s).銷售商品或提供零售服務的網上零售商，而其網店必須以網頁或手機應用程序營運並提供網上付款平台選項。

• Must have a valid business registration and with a physical business address in Mainland China or overseas and has been fully operative for at least ONE year.必須持有有效的商業登記證及擁有內地或海外實體辦公地址及其業務必須已營運最少一年。

• Shall not have any records of trading in counterfeit goods.沒有任何售賣偽造品的紀錄。

• Might be able to provide proof such as record of stock keeping, tax returns or bank statements to prove that you have been trading for at least one fiscal year upon request.可能須向協會提供稅單或銀行月結單，以證明 貴機構已營運最少一個財政年度。

• Might be asked to provide a recommendation for your membership application.可能須就 貴機構的會籍申請向協會提供推薦信
