Qualifications 入會資格
- 01A registered company in Hong Kong or overseas which is:符合以下條件的香港或海外註冊公司: Must have a valid business registration and has been fully operative for at least one year; 必須持有有效的商業登記證及其業務必須已營運最少一年； engaged in the supply of goods or the provision of service to either retailers or service providers, or;向零售商或服務供應商供應商品或提供服務； associated directly or indirectly with the retail or service industry or involved in the study of or research into retailing, servicing or related fields.或與零售業或服務業直接或間接相關，或參與研究零售業、服務業或相關行業的工作。 Typically, associated members include but are not limited to:一般而言，公司聯席會員包括但不限於以下類別的機構： Manufacturers/wholesalers/distributors/importers supplying goods or services to retailers;向零售商提供商品或服務的製造商／批發商／分銷商／入口商； Companies offering services or solutions to retailers, such as management consultants, audit and accounting firms, logistics service providers, I.T. providers, legal firms, advertising agencies, interior design firms, contractors, security companies, and more;向零售商提供服務或解決方案的公司，例如管理顧問公司、核數及會計公司、物流服務供應商、資訊科技供應商、律師事務所、廣告公司、室內設計公司、承建商、保安公司等； Other associations, local and overseas, which are retail related;其他與零售有關的本地及海外機構； Educational institutes, semi-government and non-government organizations.教育機構半政府及非政府機構。
- 02A registered company in Mainland China or overseas which is:必須為於內地或海外： Has engaged in the retail sale of merchandise or the provision of retail services with physical outlet(s) in Mainland China or overseas.銷售商品或提供零售服務的零售商。 Must have a valid business registration and has been fully operative for at least one year.必須持有有效的商業登記證及其業務必須已營運最少一年。 Shall not have any records of trading in counterfeit goods.沒有任何售賣偽造品的紀錄。 Might be asked to provide proof such as tax returns or bank statements to prove that you have been trading for at least one fiscal year.可能須向協會提供稅單或銀行月結單，以證明 貴機構已營運最少一個財政年度。 Might be asked to provide a recommendation for your membership application.可能須就 貴機構的會籍申請向協會提供推薦信。
- 03A registered company in Mainland China or overseas which is: 必須為於內地或海外： Has engaged in the retail sale of merchandise or the provision of retail services in form of website or mobile APP with check-out process without physical outlet(s).銷售商品或提供零售服務的網上零售商，而其網店必須以網頁或手機應用程序營運並提供網上付款平台選項。 Must have a valid business registration and with a physical business address in Mainland China or overseas and has been fully operative for at least ONE year.必須持有有效的商業登記證及擁有內地或海外實體辦公地址及其業務必須已營運最少一年。 Shall not have any records of trading in counterfeit goods.沒有任何售賣偽造品的紀錄。 Might be able to provide proof such as record of stock keeping, tax returns or bank statements to prove that you have been trading for at least one fiscal year upon request.可能須向協會提供稅單或銀行月結單，以證明 貴機構已營運最少一個財政年度。 Might be asked to provide a recommendation for your membership application.可能須就 貴機構的會籍申請向協會提供推薦信
Membership Fee 會費
An annual subscription fee of HK$3,600.00 (1st January to 31st December) shall apply for all Associate Members.
Special Offer to Technology Startups
An annual subscription fee of HK$1,000 (1st January to 31st December)
Must be set up no more than 5 years or could provide referral letter from Science Park, Cyber Port or related Organization
NOTE
All subscriptions shall be due on the 1st day of January each year.
If such subscription is not paid within 30 days from the date of a request to remit the subscription to the Association, the membership of such member shall be void, unless he satisfies the Executive Committee that the delay in payment was due to absence from Hong Kong or other sufficient cause.
Application for 1-year membership (apply in January to June), the member will be required to pay full annual fee.
Application for 18-month membership (apply in July to December), the member will be required to pay 1.5 years of the annual fee.
公司聯席會員每年會費為港幣3,600.00元 (每年1月1日至12月31日)。
科技初創公司特別優惠
每年會費為港幣1,000元(每年1月1日至12月31日)。
必須成立不超過5年或能提供科學園、數碼港或相關機構的推薦信
備註
會員須於每年1月1日繳付該年度的所有會費。
如協會發出會費發票後，會員未能於該發票日期後30天內繳付會費，除非該公司負責人/會員因海外公幹或有其他充份理由令執委會滿意其逾期繳交會費的原因，否則該會員的會籍將當作無效。
申請一年會籍 (於一月至六月期間遞交申請)，申請入會的公司須按照上述入會費用繳付一年年度會費。
申請一年半會籍 (於七月至十二月期間遞交申請) ，申請入會的公司須按照上述入會費用繳付一年半年度會費。

- 01Participate in and voice views on HKRMA-initiated consultative trade issues.可參與協會所提出的業界諮詢事宜，並發表意見 Associate Members shall have no voting rights at the Annual General Meeting.公司聯席會員於協會的周年大會上沒有投票權。 Associate Members shall be allowed to participate in related sub-committees of the Association by invitation only.公司聯席會員只能在獲協會邀請的情況下，才可參與協會屬下的相關委員會。
